Great community, we lived here for almost a year and have nothing but good things to say!

We love living here! Quite & safe location. Close to the interstate, grocery stores, gas stations. Very friendly staff. Maintenance has always come the same day I requested them. My favorite apartment I have ever lived in.

My husband and I lived at Abberly Waterstone for almost a year and we have never been more satisfied with an apartment facility. The leasing staff is amazing. The maintenance team is exceptional. They have never given us any room for complaints! I love Abberly Waterstone, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for spacious and great looking apartment homes.

This is a clean and safe place to live. What I like is the fact that the buildings are spaced out and the area provides ample room for walking, running, or biking. The rent might be a little on the high side, but it is comparable to other properties in the area. Rt 1 is running parallel to 95 and using it keeps me sane. Overall, I strongly recommend this location.

Abberly Waterstone is an awesome place to live with helpful, professional, knowledgeable staff. I’ve been treated as a priority from my initial inquiry, through my move-in, and beyond. No regrets. If you are looking be sure to check them out first.

I have lived here for a month now and have been extremely happy with the staff and their responsiveness and friendliness. The maintenance staff is great and answered my work order the very next day. Lovely apartments. Great amenities.

I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and it’s the best place! Everyone makes you feel like family. The dog parks and dog stations are awesome. I can’t compare this apartment community to any other because it feels like home! If this place was to be given 5 stars I would give it 5+!
