Abberly Waterstone allows 3 animals per apartment with the maximum of 2 dogs (no breed restrictions). Sorry, no exotic animals allowed.

No, we do not have breed restrictions.

The first animal requires a $325 non-refundable fee and $99* Lease Protect fee per animal. An additional $50 non-refundable fee is required per each additional animal. You will have a $20 per animal monthly charge added to your rent. Animal fees are not applied to any expenses as a result of animal damage or cleaning charges.

Your security deposit options will be determined after your application is approved based on your screening results. We will run a credit, criminal, and background check on each resident over the age of 18. The lowest amount that you can be approved for is $199.

Yes. We require a 60 day notice to vacate. You may elect to terminate or cancel your lease early and pay a fee equal to 60 days rent plus re-payment of any concessions that you received during your residency.

Valet trash is included in your rent.

You have three options on how to report a service request. You can put a work order in online through your Rent Caf account, you can either call/email a service request in to the office, or stop by the office and let us know.

Rent is due the 1st of the month.

Late charges are assessed on the 6th.

You have the ability to pay electronically using your bank account or major credit/debit cards online through our resident portal.

Abberly Waterstone does not have an afterhours drop box. Payments may be made online after hours through our website or the Rentcafe app.

If they are going to be staying more than 7 days consecutive or twice that in one month, we will need to process a normal application on that person.

There is no reserved parking, but we do offer detached garages for lease. All residents are issued a parking decal. To avoid being towed, visitors must park in visitor parking or get a temporary tag from the office.

All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. If you require locked parking spaces, we do offer detached garages for lease. Motorcycles are not allowed in apartments, storage units or breezeways.

You can install a satellite dish within your patio. It may not be adhered to our structure in any fashion and has to be contained within the patio area to meet our guidelines. Proof of Renters Insurance is required equal to $250,000.

Comcast is our standard cable provider.

Yes. The office team will notify you when a package is delivered the clubhouse. You can pick it up at your earliest convenience and sign a package release form
